Q. Do Kitz Kleaners team members need to be certified / qualified?
A. Yes, all team members are assessed, trained and certified prior to working in our client's premises.
One of our principals is a Certified Trainer of Cleaners at a 5 star hotel in Brisbane, she comes with 15 years commercial and domestic cleaning experience.
Q. Am I required to have and ABN?
A. Yes, if you work for Kitz Kleaners as a contractor, you must have an ABN and a Tax File Number.

Q. Are Kitz Kleaners team members insured.
A. Yes, all of our team members ore covered by our Professional Indemnity and Public Liability policies.
Q. Are all Kitz Kleaners team members required to have a Drivers Licence?
A. No, but if you are a Lincenced, you may be asked to drive to/from/between jobs when we are busy.
Q.If I have a Car (or Ute, Van etc...), a Drivers Licence, and I drive to/from/between jobs, do I get paid more?
A. Yes, we cover the cost of your fuel and you get paid at a higher hourly rate.
Q. Do I get paid penalty rates for week-end work?
A. Yes, If you need to work on a Saturday or Sunday, you are paid at a higher hourly rate.
Q. What areas do Kitz Kleaners operate in?
A. Currently, we Cover most of the Brisbane and Goldcoast areas, and some inner Sydney locations, however we are currently actively recruiting cleaners to increase our coverage to all major cities and towns in Eastern Australia, with plans to open in Adelaide, Darwin and Perth as facilities and team members are available.
