Contractor Terms and Conditions
At Kitz Kleaners we strive to give you the best Cleaning Service on the planet, we train each and every staff member before allowing them to clean for you.
The following terms and conditions apply for all team members:

All team members are required to wear our uniform whilst on-site at a customer's premises. One Uniform Polo Shirt is issued to each team member upon completion of training / certification.

Smoking is not permitted whilst on-site at customer premises.

Bullying or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated, if you are experiencing any form of harassment or you see another team member being harassed, confidentially report it to management on 0402 423 447.

There is no I in team, we require all team members to do their fair share of work, at the same time, if you are struggling, ask another team member for assistance and help other team members, where possible, when requested.

If you are having a hard time in life, leave your problems at home while you are on site, counselling and assistance is available just contact management on 0402 423 447.

Domestic customers are required to pay for cleaning prior to commencement of work, team members are not to accept cash payments from customers, all payments must go through the appropriate payment method as shown on the invoice the customer received when making the booking.

Always be courteous, considerate and respectful to customers whilst working on-site, the same is required from them towards you. If a customer is disrespectful to our team members, you may packup and leave the job immediately, we will not refund any money to customers under such circumstances. Report any such behaviour to your manager immediately if a customer is disrespectful or rude toward you by calling 0402 423 447.

If a customer obstructs or refuses you access to rooms which you have been booked to clean, please call mamagement and report the problem immediately on 0402 423 447.

Sexual harassment toward our staff is not to be tolerated, contact management and we will report it to the local police.

Always take reasonable steps to ensure that your work is completed with in the allocated timeframe, if there is anything preventing this, call management immediately on 0402 423 447.
