At Kitz Kleaners we strive to give you the best Cleaning Service on the planet, we train each and every staff member before allowing them to clean for you.
The following terms and conditions for our services apply:

Our Cleaners will be courteous, considerate and respectful whilst working on your premises, the same is required from you towards them. If you are disrespectful to our staff, they may packup and leave immediately, no refunds will be entertained under such circumstances. If any of our staff are disrespectful or rude toward you, please please call our supervisor on 0402423447.

It would be appreciated if you give our cleaners unrestricted access to the rooms they are cleaning so they can get their job done professionally and efficiently.

Any form of sexual harassment toward our staff will not be tolerated and will be reported to the local police.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the work performed by our cleaners, please call our supervisor on 0402423447, if they do not answer, please leave a message containing your name and contact phone number.

Referrals are always welcome, if you refer a friend or colleague and they book us to clean for them, we will give you $20.00 cash when we next clean for you. Tell your friend to give us your name and contact number when they book.

We use only the highest quality, environmentally friendly chemicals when cleaning, we love the planet we live on.

All bookings are paid for via PayPal on our website, or by prior arrangement with management by calling 0402423447 and advising how payment will be made on the day before cleaning work starts.
